Smartphone SoC System Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Smartphone SoC System Architect to lead and support system‑on‑chip architecture design, modeling and feasibility studies for advanced mobile and connected devices. The role focuses on delivering high‑performance, power‑efficient solutions for smartphones, thin‑modems, CPE/telematics and gateway products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and model SoC architectures across domains such as cellular modem, Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth/GNSS/UWB, performance and power.
• Develop SoC system architecture for smartphone, thin‑modem, CPE/telematics and gateway platforms, ensuring performance and power targets are met.
• Conduct technical feasibility studies of product requirements and collaborate with domain architects and product marketing to define competitive specifications.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in SoC system, platform or subsystem architecture design.
• Proven track record of semiconductor product development with successful mass‑production launches.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross‑functional, multi‑site environments.
• Experience in at least one of the following areas: cellular modem, Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth/GNSS/UWB, wireless coexistence, camera/image processing, multimedia, CPU/GPU/NPU/AI computing, or SoC platform architecture (memory fabric, power systems).
