SerDes System Application Engineer

About the role

The SerDes System Application Engineer will lead the development and verification of high‑speed signal test plans and environments. You will work closely with global customers to ensure robust system performance and timely delivery of verification results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high‑speed signal test plans, verification environments, and debugging procedures.
• Conduct research, analysis, comparison and performance evaluation of SerDes solutions.
• Design and implement system verification mechanisms and improve repeatable test environments.
• Deliver system verification and debugging tasks within agreed schedules.
• Provide technical support for global customer projects throughout the product lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong familiarity with SerDes signal verification and HSIO interface systems.
• Proven ability to create IP verification plans and standard operating procedures.
• Experience collaborating with multiple departments to achieve verification goals.
• Fluent English communication skills for interaction with international teams.
