About the role
Konecranes, a global leader in material handling solutions, is hiring a full-time Service Technician in Kaohsiung. The technician performs field service work on equipment, ensuring that each job meets customer needs and complies with safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform assigned field service jobs on time and submit completed documentation to the Service Engineer.
- Maintain allocated service tools and personal protective equipment (PPE) in line with EHS standards and company policy.
- Keep service facilities and vehicles tidy according to 5S standards.
- Carry out any other duties directed by the supervisor.
- Ensure service department procedures are followed and recorded in line with the quality management system (QMS).
- Be aware of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of the products and of sales techniques.
- Good communication skills and adherence to principles and values.
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
Required skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Professional knowledge and technical skills.
