Safe Launch Process Engineer (New Graduate)

About the role

The Safe Launch Process Engineer will support the introduction of new semiconductor products into manufacturing, working closely with global development, manufacturing sites, quality engineers, and supply‑chain partners. This position offers exposure to New Product Introduction, automotive quality management, and cross‑functional project work.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Safe Launch activities and align plans with global development and manufacturing teams.
• Monitor product performance during ramp‑up, facilitate material review and risk disposition discussions.
• Investigate quality and manufacturability issues, drive root‑cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities to enhance NPI execution efficiency and manufacturing quality.
• Maintain engineering notification and Safe Launch tracking systems, ensuring accurate project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline.
• Within 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong command of English.
• Analytical mindset, passion for learning in a fast‑paced environment.
