Service Sales Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role

ABB is looking for a Service Sales Specialist to drive service sales processes and generate profitable opportunities across its Service Division in Taiwan. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while building long‑term relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Penetrate the installed base, promote upgrades, retrofits and value‑add solutions, and sell the full service product portfolio.
• Develop and execute sales plans, set pricing according to channel strategy, and propose recovery actions when needed.
• Generate service sales leads, identify new market opportunities and explore potential service portfolios using market trends.
• Act as the marketer and salesperson for ABB’s service solutions during campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences and customer meetings.
• Provide immediate response to customer needs and issues, ensuring high satisfaction and long‑term partnership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field (business degrees with technical sales experience are also valued).
• 3‑5+ years of experience in sales or business development within power distribution or industrial automation.
• Proven track record in service sales, maintenance contract management or aftermarket support.
