Account Executive – Open to Recent Graduate

About the role

Join Guy Carpenter’s Taiwan Reinsurance Broking team as an Account Executive. This entry‑level position supports brokers in developing client solutions and gaining hands‑on experience in the reinsurance market.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client data, compile research results using spreadsheets and company databases, and prepare research reports highlighting business risks.
• Support negotiation activities with carriers, compare submissions, and assist brokers in delivering optimal client service.
• Participate in reviewing existing policies, formulating recommendations, and developing underwriting specifications for customized risk solutions.
• Attend client meetings as part of the team to deepen market knowledge and support brokers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in insurance or risk management.
• Valid Life Insurance broker license is preferred.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English, written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to act as the first point of contact for day‑to‑day insurance queries.
