Service Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Service Sales Manager to lead and grow our service sales business in Taiwan. This senior leadership position offers direct exposure to key industry stakeholders, including owners, contractors and consultants, within a global building solutions and smart infrastructure company.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead sales planning, tendering, negotiations, marketing and promotion activities.
• Drive business growth through proactive sales activities and customer engagement.
• Develop, coach and motivate the sales team to improve equipment selection and tender competitiveness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Manage customer meetings, follow‑ups and site visits to support HVAC project execution and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline internal processes and deliver successful projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 10+ years of HVAC sales experience.
• 5+ years of people‑management experience.
• Deep understanding of the Taiwan service market.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
