Strategic Account Manager

About the role

Rockwell Automation is hiring a Strategic Account Manager in Taipei. You will sell the company's products and/or services to existing named accounts within a geographic territory, maintaining those relationships. You may manage your own accounts or work on a team, and report to the Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate business strategies to grow overall sales and market share through distribution.
• Coordinate activities and resource use within the sales organization.
• Implement and measure all Rockwell Automation market access commercial programs.
• Act as the single point of contact for each assigned distributor and manage their development and performance.
• Analyze account requirements and build account penetration plans with the distributor to increase market share.
• Resolve market access conflicts such as APR violations.
• Help implement new product launches and promotional programs, and coach distributor personnel on supporting Rockwell Automation products and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation or Business preferred; Master's a plus.
• 5+ years of sales experience in process industry, industrial automation, drives or controls.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a competitive environment.
