Assistant Retail Channel Manager - Consumer Electronics

About the role

Logitech is looking for an Assistant Retail Channel Manager in Taipei to lead its offline retail business with designated key retail customers and channel partners. The role owns end-to-end commercial performance across offline channels, covering portfolio strategy, pricing discipline, promotion planning, retail visibility and in-store execution, and works closely with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, GTM, Finance and Merchandising teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own designated offline channel and key account performance, delivering sell-out, profitability and category growth targets
• Develop and execute retail strategies for key accounts, including assortment planning, promotions and growth initiatives
• Drive in-store visibility and brand presentation, POSM deployment and display quality
• Strengthen customer relationships and lead retail campaigns, seasonal promotions and store activations
• Maintain pricing discipline and channel governance
• Analyse sell-out, inventory, market trends and customer insights to support forecasting and business reviews
• Collaborate with Marketing, GTM and Distribution on new product launches and retail programs
• Manage trade spend and channel investment budgets, including allocation, tracking and evaluation
• Identify new retail opportunities and expand the offline business
• Support store training, execution tracking and field engagement

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in retail sales, offline channel management, key account management or consumer electronics
• Strong understanding of the Taiwan retail landscape and key offline channels
• Proven track record of driving sell-out growth and channel-level commercial operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment and to influence cross-functional teams
• Interest in consumer electronics, 3C accessories or gaming products is a plus
