About the role
Supermicro is seeking a Production Technician to test defective products, identify required repairs, and ensure quality control that meets commercial standards and customer expectations. The role focuses on RMA processes, server repair, and debugging.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble, test, and package production work orders.
- Perform production material inventory checks.
- Maintain production quality using 4.5S standards, oversee the production environment, and conduct equipment maintenance.
- Execute other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- High school diploma or higher.
- Minimum three years of experience in the computer or electronics industry.
- Willingness to work overtime on weekdays and weekends.
- Experience with server or PC assembly and testing is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in English.
