About the role
We are seeking a Senior Project Facility Engineer to manage operation and maintenance of facility equipment, support projects and ensure system performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage operation and maintenance of facility equipment, including HVAC, compressed air, purified water and central monitoring systems.
- Plan, execute and oversee facility projects from design, commissioning, testing to final acceptance.
- Monitor system performance data, conduct inspections, preventive maintenance and 24/7 troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement SOPs, maintain spare parts inventory and calibration records.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical/electronic maintenance, electrical/electronic engineering or mechanical engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in facility systems management.
- Relevant safety licenses (Level B Occupational safety and health management personnel or Class‑1 manager of Occupational safety and health affairs).
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
