職位簡介

Beame 是一家快速成長的數位醫療新創公司，專注於創新齒列矯正解決方案，致力於讓高品質的牙科照護更平易近人。公司位於台北，現招募一名 SEO 專員。

主要職責

撰寫並優化牙科／醫療相關內容，進行關鍵字研究與搜尋意圖分析（Ahrefs / Semrush）。
針對 AI 搜尋（GEO / AEO）優化內容，包括 FAQ 結構、品牌／醫師／療程項目實體優化，以及可引用型與數據型內容。
執行站內 SEO：標題與 Meta、H1–H3 標題結構、內部連結、Schema 結構化資料（MedicalOrganization、FAQPage、LocalBusiness）。
建立醫療內容 E-E-A-T 信任指標：醫師審核與署名、引用權威醫療來源、作者專頁建置。
使用 Google Search Console 與 GA4 監控雙市場 SEO 表現並定期報告。
持續優化策略（競品分析、SERP 變化、AI 趨勢），與行銷／營運團隊合作推動內容成長與轉換。

任职要求

具 2 年以上 Google SEO 實務經驗。
精通繁體中文寫作，具備基本英文閱讀能力。
熟練使用 Google Search Console、GA4、Ahrefs 或 Semrush。
理解 AI 搜尋運作機制（Google AI Overviews、ChatGPT 等），或具高度學習能力。
可穩定使用 Google 及海外 SEO 工具（硬性要求）。
具備數據分析能力與結果導向思維，能獨立負責多市場 SEO 專案。
