Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

KLA Taiwan is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the company's university relations, campus recruiting and talent-engagement activities, increasing qualified resume volume and building sustainable candidate pipelines. The role also includes independently managing full-cycle recruitment for one assigned division, combining external partnership development, event execution, candidate generation and recruiting delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting: own recruitment for one division from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer negotiation, acceptance and onboarding handoff, working with hiring managers to set timelines and resolve hiring barriers.
• University relations: develop and run a university engagement plan, build relationships with career centers, faculty, labs, student groups and alumni, and lead campus talks, career fairs, technical sessions and company visits.
• Recruiting events: plan and run open houses, interview days, networking and virtual career sessions, covering outreach, registration, vendors, budgets, logistics and follow-up.
• Pipeline development: increase qualified candidate supply through universities, events, referrals and sourcing, screen profiles, maintain searchable candidate pools and track source effectiveness.
• Data analysis: independently clean, validate and analyze recruiting data in Excel, and use resume volume, channel costs and conversion rates to recommend which universities, events and channels to prioritize.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience, including hands-on recruiting and ownership of university, campus or candidate-generation programs.
• Proven success building partnerships and running recruiting events that produce qualified resumes, and proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting independently.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, semiconductor, equipment or other technical organizations preferred.
