Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Kaohsiung)

About the role

KLA, a global leader in electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Kaohsiung. The recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptance, partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop recruiting strategies and attract high-quality candidates in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, interview and assess candidates through various channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs, including critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Handle offer development, negotiations and candidate closing, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Provide hiring managers with guidance on talent availability, labor market trends and competitive practices, and support interview and selection processes.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and activity tracking in Workday and other systems, stay compliant with company policies and employment regulations, and contribute to employer branding, recruiting events, referral programs and talent attraction initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, manufacturing or professional talent.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• No direct people management responsibility.

Required skills

• Sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Preferred: experience with semiconductor, technology or multinational organizations.
• Preferred: knowledge of Taiwan talent market trends.
• Preferred: experience using Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools, and direct sourcing of passive candidates.
