Senior Learning & Development Program Specialist

About the role

KLA, a provider of inspection tools, metrology systems and process solutions for electronics, is hiring a Senior Learning & Development Program Specialist in Hsinchu. The role sits within KLA's Human Resources team, which focuses on HR business partnerships, learning and development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, inclusion and HR systems and operations. You will advance business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Training delivery and facilitation: deliver learning programs on professional skills, management development and team effectiveness; design and develop customized learning solutions; run team development workshops; improve curricula based on learner feedback and business needs.
• Manager development and onboarding: organize new manager onboarding and 90-day assimilation programs; deliver manager development programs on people leadership, business acumen and compliance; source, curate and manage leadership and management curriculum, including internal and external solutions; develop coaching and mentoring programs.
• Talent management and processes: develop and run new hire probation processes, development checkpoints and related policies; build employee engagement and learning programs; support performance management programs and training; administer learning policies and processes.
• Learning analytics and communications: drive L&D analytics, dashboards, reporting and program effectiveness measurement; create HR and learning communications; maintain learning portals, resource libraries and knowledge management tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Psychology, Communications or a related field.
• 6-10 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, HR Programs or related areas.
• Experience supporting onboarding, performance management, manager development, coaching or employee development programs.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong facilitation, communication, project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: experience in the preferred qualification areas listed above.
