Senior Strategic Partnership Manager – Brand Deals

About the role

As a Senior Strategic Partnership Manager for Brand Deals, you will lead and expand YouTube’s brand partnership ecosystem across Greater China, starting with Hong Kong and Taiwan. You will connect top creators, MCNs and advertising agencies with global brands, driving revenue and shaping the future of digital advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, cultivate and strengthen strategic relationships with key brand‑deal partners, including MCNs, advertising agencies and top creators.
• Develop and execute a localized go‑to‑market strategy, creating value propositions, case studies and sales collateral in Mandarin and English.
• Identify, recruit and onboard high‑potential partners to expand the brand‑deal network.
• Negotiate and execute complex partnership agreements to generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Policy and Communications teams to connect partners with global brand opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis to spot trends, competitive dynamics and new partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting or investment banking.
• Proven experience working with C‑level executives and cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent communication in English and Mandarin.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
