Project Manager – Client Services (Title Manager)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead client‑service projects within our Title Management portfolio. You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal Deluxe teams, ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery, and high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Coordinate project details, schedules, and performance metrics across internal teams and vendors.
• Set up, manage, and track work orders, assets, and schedules in Deluxe’s order‑management systems.
• Oversee creation of subtitles, closed captions, and related deliverables, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Monitor SLA compliance daily, escalating at‑risk orders and implementing corrective actions.
• Identify and resolve workflow issues, negotiate change orders, and balance internal capacity with client demands.
• Drive process improvements and support system‑innovation initiatives.
• Develop expertise in localisation and media processes within the entertainment industry.

Required profile

• Previous client‑facing experience, preferably in entertainment or localisation.
• Proven project‑management background handling timelines, budgets, quality, and client relationships.
• Experience with video‑streaming platform projects is a strong plus.
• Business‑level English and N1‑level Japanese proficiency.
• Understanding of localisation and media workflows across regions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using order‑management, inventory, and project‑management software.
• Familiarity with database tools for tracking project data.
