Senior Sales Manager

About the role

HITACHI ENERGY TAIWAN CO., LTD. is looking for a Senior Sales Manager in Nangang District, Taipei. The role leads and develops a high-performing sales team, drives revenue growth and expands market share within the assigned territory or product line. It is full-time and non-supervisory, so there is no direct personnel management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to reach and exceed sales quotas and business objectives.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close complex sales deals under favorable terms for Hitachi.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to shape sales strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and technical support teams.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports and performance reviews to senior management.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure using CRM tools.
• Represent Hitachi at industry events, conferences and client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; Master's preferred.
• At least 8-10 years of progressive sales experience, including 3-5 years in a sales management role, preferably in technology or industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and presentation skills, and ability to build client relationships at all levels.
• Ability to travel as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-depth understanding of complex sales cycles and solution selling methodologies.
• Strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
