About the role
The APAC Central Competence Team partners with external foundries to secure stable chip supply for NXP business lines. This senior position leads the ramp‑up of lead products under new technology introduction, ensuring manufacturability and yield improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with foundries, NXP technology groups, business lines and other stakeholders to qualify and release processes.
- Own front‑end process safe launch and drive manufacturability during ramp‑up.
- Interface with key customers on critical projects and steer projects to timely completion.
- Make decisions on process integration, resource planning, schedule, logistics and supplier relationships.
Required profile
- Bachelor or MSc in physics or electrical engineering.
- More than 10 years of experience in front‑end IC process integration, preferably in foundry production or development teams.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Required skills
- Front‑end IC process integration expertise.
- Knowledge of FinFET or non‑volatile memory (NVM) technologies.
- Yield enhancement techniques and data analysis.
