About the role
Deloitte Taiwan’s Southern Tax Division is seeking a senior professional to lead international tax advisory services for corporate and individual clients. The role focuses on offshore company management, cross‑border investment structures, and merger & acquisition tax planning.
Key responsibilities
- Incorporate and maintain offshore entities for clients.
- Assist with outbound investments to China, foreign investments, and PRC inbound investment applications for both corporations and individuals.
- Provide tax advisory on complex investment structures.
- Deliver comprehensive international tax advisory services.
- Support investment structuring and M&A tax advisory projects.
Required profile
- Preferably experienced in audit and tax‑related roles.
- Strong foundation in accounting principles, tax regulations, and related laws.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
- Basic proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing); TOEIC score of 700+ is a plus.
