Business Unit Head - Wealth Management App

About the role

The Business Unit Head will own the end‑to‑end delivery of a wealth‑management app, driving product vision, P&L, team building and growth. This hands‑on operating role reports directly for business results.

Key responsibilities

• Own P&L, set strategy, targets and monitor overall performance.
• Identify customer needs, define product opportunities and prioritize features.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and design to build and launch new products.
• Recruit, lead and develop a high‑performing team, setting clear goals and managing performance.
• Drive user growth, engagement, revenue and profitability.
• Establish partnerships and operational processes required for scaling.
• Make rapid decisions, solve problems directly and own execution from idea to results.

Required profile

• Proven track record building, launching or scaling a product, business or business unit.
• Experience owning P&L, revenue, growth or other measurable business outcomes.
• Strong product and commercial judgement with ability to work across product, engineering, operations and commercial functions.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead strong teams.
• Hands‑on approach, comfortable moving between strategy and detailed execution.
• High ownership, speed and capability to operate with limited structure.
• Fintech, consumer technology or AI experience is a plus.
