Product Lead – AI Stockbroking

About the role

We are seeking a senior Product Lead to shape and drive our AI Stockbroking product area. You will own direction, execution, quality and outcomes across multiple squads, working at the intersection of insurance, payments, savings, investing and other financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Define priorities, roadmap, product standards and success metrics for major AI Stockbroking features.
• Guide product managers, designers and engineers toward clear execution and launch quality.
• Translate regulatory, operational and business constraints into practical product decisions.
• Drive post‑launch learning, continuous improvement and a culture focused on speed, clarity and user value.

Required profile

• Strong experience leading digital product areas, balancing strategy, execution, UX, data and business outcomes.
• Proven ability to prioritize, make trade‑offs and sequence product work in fast‑changing environments.
• Comfortable with high ambiguity, senior stakeholder pressure and mentoring cross‑functional squads.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments or regulated consumer apps is a strong advantage.
