Financial Analyst III (B3)

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Financial Analyst III (B3) to join its finance team in Tainan. The role focuses on consolidated reporting, expense control, and strategic financial analysis to support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform consolidated reporting, financial close and forecast planning with minimal oversight.
• Control operating expense budget, conduct bridge and scenario analysis, and develop models for strategic planning.
• Lead system integration or process improvement initiatives through digitalisation or automation.
• Present analytical findings, identify performance drivers, highlight risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to management and business partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
• More than 3 years of relevant experience with strong analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in English and effective communication skills.
• Comfortable consulting financial matters to non‑finance partners and delivering business recommendations.

Required skills

• SAP experience.
