Senior Global Sourcing Manager (Finished Goods)

About the role

Logitech is hiring a Senior Sourcing Manager, Finished Goods, in Hsinchu. The role leads sourcing and supplier management initiatives within the Global Operations team, aiming to optimize the supplier base, reduce total costs and ensure quality, compliance and sustainability across the finished goods supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run sourcing and supplier strategies to optimize the supplier base and improve cost efficiency for current and future business.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to inform sourcing decisions and continuous improvement.
• Lead cost management initiatives, including best-cost launches and post-mass-production cost control to hit year-over-year targets.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships, give constructive performance feedback and foster open communication.
• Drive collaborative innovation with suppliers, including joint development and process improvement.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, and manage quality, supply, cost, service and innovation across global suppliers.
• Ensure sourcing complies with global and local regulations and coordinate across sales, marketing, finance, engineering, operations and quality.
• Use digital tools such as sourcing intelligence, supplier evaluation platforms and AI-driven analytics, and champion supplier diversity and inclusion.
• Mentor and potentially manage junior staff and promote continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Master's degree or a professional certification such as CPM or CSCP is a plus.
• Proven sourcing, supplier negotiation and cost management experience, and strong analytical skills.
• Experience managing strategic supplier relationships, supply chain risk mitigation and cross-functional collaboration.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance, ethical sourcing and sustainability standards.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and communication skills; English and Mandarin are required, other languages a plus.
