Fulfillment Operations Specialist

About the role

Join Applied Materials in Hsinchu, Taiwan as part of the Fulfillment Operations team, supporting customer repair orders for semiconductor equipment. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure smooth repair processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of customer requirements and build effective relationships.
• Collaborate with GCC, Purchasing, and Logistics to streamline repair order processes.
• Escalate and follow up on unmet customer requirements, driving problem resolution.
• Collect and analyze customer‑specific data to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support process improvement projects under senior guidance and drive corrective actions.

Required profile

• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N1 level.
• Strong communication skills in English (TOEIC 700+ preferred).
• Ability to work in a matrixed, global environment and influence stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP for repair order management.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Data collection and analysis for decision‑making.
