Non-Tech Program Manager – RVC Operations

About the role

We are seeking a highly self‑motivated Program Manager to lead strategic continuous‑improvement projects within the Reverse Value Chain (RVC) and Applied Global Services segment. The role is based on‑site at our offices in Luzhu District, Taoyuan, and works closely with global cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor network performance using data‑driven KPIs and identify root‑cause issues.
• Develop and execute plans with global teams to implement process changes and drive network optimization.
• Manage projects that support critical business needs and improve efficiency across the RVC.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical discipline (GPA ≥ 3.0 preferred).
• 0–1 years of project‑management experience, preferably in large‑scale global process‑improvement or logistics.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and communication skills; ability to lead without authority in a matrix environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred) and Lean Six Sigma / Project Management certifications (preferred).
