Senior Express Delivery Account Manager (Kaohsiung/Tainan)

About the role

UPS is hiring a Senior Account Executive (Major Account Executive) for its express delivery business, covering the Kaohsiung and Tainan area. The role manages and grows strategic accounts and develops new business to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic accounts within the assigned territory.
• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and increase customer share of wallet.
• Conduct sales calls, customer presentations, business reviews and contract negotiations.
• Lead RFQs, pricing discussions and implementation handovers with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, account plans and customer information in CRM systems.
• Work with Operations, Customer Service, Marketing and regional teams to deliver customer solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to find growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, express, freight forwarding, supply chain or related fields.
• Proven track record in new business development and hitting sales targets.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and consultative selling skills.
• Excellent English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast pace.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle for customer visits.
• Preferred: experience with semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, high-tech, medical devices, industrial manufacturing or e-commerce customers.
