Senior Director, Taiwan Business Development

About the role

Anduril Industries is seeking a senior leader to own and grow its business in Taiwan. The role will serve as the primary point of contact with Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defense and other agencies, shaping strategy, partnerships, and delivery for Anduril’s advanced defense technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute Anduril’s Taiwan growth strategy, managing pipeline, revenue targets and long‑term plans in coordination with INDOPACOM leadership.
• Maintain senior relationships with the Ministry of National Defense, armed services and relevant agencies, positioning Anduril early on priority requirements.
• Navigate Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and direct commercial sales pathways, working with Trade Compliance, Technology Security & Foreign Disclosure and U.S. government stakeholders.
• Develop local industry partnerships to support production, sustainment and resilience in Taiwan.
• Translate Taiwan’s operational requirements back to Anduril’s business lines and engineering teams.

Required profile

• 15+ years of industry, government or military experience, including senior business development or program leadership in the Taiwan defense market.
• Deep knowledge of Taiwan defense acquisition processes and U.S.–Taiwan FMS/DCS mechanisms.
• Established senior network across Taiwan’s defense establishment.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Willingness to travel 30‑40% of the time.

Required skills

• Knowledge of foreign military sales (FMS) and direct commercial sales (DCS) processes.
• Experience building partnerships and localizing technology solutions.
• Understanding of complex hardware‑software systems, with familiarity in AI and autonomous systems considered a plus.
