Senior Business Analyst (Pricing)

About the role

Coupang is expanding in Taiwan and is looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Pricing) to join its Finance and Pricing teams. The role focuses on pricing performance, price audits and data-driven insights, working with the BA and Data Science teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and improve automated reports and dashboards to measure pricing performance and support business needs.
• Pull and use data to give proactive, actionable insights that identify growth opportunities, increase efficiency and deepen understanding of the business.
• Develop and maintain a database for audit results used in reporting and analysis.
• Partner with BA and Data Science teams to bring price audit data into broader analysis and reporting.
• Set strategic, measurable goals, define new metrics and work across teams on projects.
• Become a subject matter expert in pricing and audit, coach and develop BAs in the Price Audit team, and handle ad hoc project management tasks.

Required profile

• Prior experience designing, developing and improving automated reports and dashboards.
• Ability to turn data insights into business metrics and KPIs.

Required skills

• SQL, Tableau, Airflow, Git and Python, including handling data pipelines.
