Sales Representative – Semiconductor & Chemical Gases

About the role

Air Liquide Far Eastern (ALFE), a joint venture between Air Liquide and Far Eastern New Century Group established in 1987, is looking for a Sales Representative in Zhubei City. The role builds relationships with end users to understand their needs for Air Liquide products and coordinates with internal stakeholders so that customer requirements are met and sales objectives are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Own the sales objective for your account, communicate with customers and close deals within the account team strategy
• Build direct relationships with end users, understand their needs and carry out commercial activities
• Coordinate with Air Liquide functions such as project management, business development, supply chain, quality and manufacture to deliver solutions to customers
• Collect market information and produce the required market reports
• Carry out ad-hoc projects assigned by the supervisor

Required profile

• 5+ years of commercial experience (sales, project management or FAE) in the semiconductor or chemical industry
• Knowledge of semiconductor processes is preferred, especially CVD
• Outgoing, team player, self-motivated and performance-driven, willing to work across functions
• Able to travel and to operate in a changing, ambiguous environment
• Able to stay calm when customers are frustrated
