Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Arrow Electronics is hiring a Product Marketing Manager in Taipei (Zhonghe District) as a liaison between its suppliers and the Arrow sales team. The role develops and leverages supplier relationships to negotiate competitive pricing and availability, increasing sales and gross profit across all regions. It is a full-time position in the Product & Supplier Management category.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing and availability with suppliers to increase sales and gross profit, and act as the main point of contact for the sales team.
• Arrange supplier meetings by webcast, phone or in person to drive market share.
• Learn the processes of returns, quotes, delivery, pricing and special restrictions.
• Identify manufacturing problems affecting delivery, investigate price anomalies across regions and work with management to resolve them.
• Work with management to overcome supplier obstacles and make them clear to the sales team.
• Engage in strategic conversations with sales leaders to build sales strategies and goals, follow up on daily quotes and drive multi-location global quotes.
• Support both franchised and non-franchised suppliers, turn quotes quickly, manage backlogs for on-time delivery and meet business reporting targets.

Required profile

• Sales or product marketing professional with at least 3 years of experience in a semiconductor distributor.
• English communication skills, spoken and written, able to work directly with overseas suppliers.
• Able to learn quickly, needs coaching to prioritize and adapt to changing markets, customer demands and supplier changes, and can deliver corporate directives with management guidance.

Required skills

• FPGA experience is highly preferred.
