Sales Representative - B2B Water & Hygiene Solutions

About the role

Solenis, a global provider of water and hygiene solutions, is hiring a Sales Representative in Taipei. The role covers new business development, client retention and data-driven performance management for B2B customers.

Key responsibilities

• New business development: prospect potential new customers, build a robust pipeline of opportunities and identify decision-makers in clients' organisations
• Research and build relationships with new markets, develop proposals addressing client needs and price solutions, handling objections until agreement
• Own net sales and profit targets
• Client retention: manage existing business, present new products and services, arrange and lead client debriefs and manage customer innovation projects
• Data management and analytics: analyse existing and potential customers, discuss performance, gap analysis and KPI improvement plans

Required profile

• At least 5 years of progressively responsible, successful B2B sales experience in hospitality, food service or related industries
• Proven track record of delivering results and managing high, wide and deep client relationships
• Broad knowledge of management practices and good business analysis and project management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Customer Services
• Fluent English preferred
