Sales Administrator

About the role

KLA, a global leader in electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, is hiring a Sales Administrator in Hsinchu for its Semiconductor Process Control (Semi PC) business unit. The role supports the sales team and order administration, covering order generation, renewal, booking, shipment and quarter-end close.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales orders in SAP with the sales team, product marking and configuration analyst, handling allocations, configuration issues and pricing.
• Respond to inquiries about order conditions and configurations, coordinate across regions and groups, and update sales orders to reflect accurate order details.
• Reconcile booked amounts in the snapshot to SAP and Caerus, and complete order shipments by updating internal and external ship dates.
• Support the sales booking process and complete quarter-end close activities with corporate finance.
• Coordinate divisional tool slotting with the Master Scheduler, recommend slot changes, escalate issues and close shipment barriers and delivery gaps.
• Review and acknowledge divisional approval of non-standard terms and conditions under the Corporate Bookings policy.
• Take part in weekly divisional meetings on order status, forecasts and order reviews, and concentrate effort during peak periods such as fiscal year-end.

Required profile

• Knowledge of order management and proven ability to handle customer order issues with other company personnel.
• Willingness to work cross-functionally with Business Operations.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Ability to work under pressure, independently and in a changing environment.

Required skills

• SAP experience (required).
• Data management and analysis, including customizing or optimizing reports.
• MS Office and Power BI data management and analytics.
• Basic knowledge of legal issues related to logistics.
