About the role

Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Partner to join its RPO team supporting a leading renewable energy client in Taiwan. This client‑facing position offers high impact and ownership of a diverse hiring portfolio in a fast‑growing market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across a varied and evolving requisition load.
• Partner directly with hiring managers as a trusted advisor on market insights, sourcing strategy, and candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet high‑volume hiring needs.
• Deliver high‑quality hires against tight timelines.
• Ensure full compliance with client governance standards throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Fluent English for client and stakeholder communication.
• Proven corporate/in‑house or RPO recruitment experience, preferably with volume hiring.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, technology, or industrial/manufacturing roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate as an embedded partner.
• Familiarity with regional hiring practices and market dynamics.
