RDA Operation Shift Technician (Fab Process)

About the role

Micron Technology is looking for an RDA Operation Shift Technician to join its semiconductor manufacturing team. The position focuses on defect inspection, process monitoring, and wafer manufacturing support while using AI‑enabled tools to increase operational visibility and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed defect inspections and scanning electron microscope (SEM) reviews on wafers to identify and classify process anomalies.
• Monitor work‑in‑process (WIP) flow, prioritize lots, and manage priority lot queues to ensure smooth production throughput.
• Support daily production activities, maintain accurate operational records, and assist in troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to drive stable and efficient fab execution.
• Leverage digital platforms and AI‑assisted solutions to streamline routine tasks, enhance operational visibility, and enable data‑driven decision making.

Required skills
