Production Operator

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, safety‑focused Production Operator to join our chemical manufacturing team. You will work on a fast‑paced, team‑oriented floor, operating equipment that produces semi‑finished and finished products, packaging and shipping them while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production machinery such as reactors, mixers, pumps and related equipment according to SOPs.
• Monitor process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates) and adjust to keep production stable.
• Perform in‑process checks, take samples and conduct basic quality tests, reporting any deviations.
• Load and unload raw materials, transfer batches and package finished goods.
• Carry out routine cleaning, maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow housekeeping standards.
• Use personal protective equipment and follow all safety protocols.
• Accurately complete production logs, batch records and shift handovers.

Required profile

• Willingness to work overtime and follow supervisor instructions.
• Hands‑on attitude with a practical approach to equipment.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work with PPE.
• Reliability, punctuality and ability to work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Physical fitness for manual tasks, including lifting.

Required skills
