职位概况
负责在生产线操作各类机器设备，完成产品的组装、包装、检验等工作，确保生产流程顺畅并产出符合质量标准的产品。
主要职责
- 严格遵守所有适用的标准作业程序（SOP）和工作指导书（WI）。
- 按照GMP原则执行生产操作，落实5S管理。
- 根据作业指示操作生产设备，进行上下料、组装、拆卸、加工、包装及运输。
- 进行产品的部分质量检查，确保符合规格要求。
- 监控设备运行状态，及时处理异常并进行简易故障排除。
- 准确记录生产数据，及时上报异常情况。
任职要求
- 能够遵守并执行SOP、GMP及5S等生产规范。
- 具备跨部门协作意识，能参与改进活动。
- 能够进行设备的日常保养与简单维护。
