Production Engineer – HVM (Taichung/Taoyuan)

About the role

Micron Technology is seeking a Production Engineer focused on High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) to support its semiconductor fabs in Taichung and Taoyuan. The role ensures smooth operation of the production line, drives performance improvements, and integrates AI‑assisted tools to enhance efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor production line status (tools, work‑in‑process) and collaborate to achieve optimal output and cycle time.
• Analyze production data, develop dynamic strategies, and meet KPI targets.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives such as workload reduction, lost‑time analysis, scheduling, and Q‑time control.
• Establish and modify process‑management projects, conduct abnormal analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Prioritize multiple concurrent tasks, providing clear guidance on timelines.
• Work rotating shifts (day/night) according to a 4‑3, 3‑4, or 2‑2 schedule.
