Production and Material Control (PMC) Specialist

About the role

BizLink is looking for a highly analytical Production and Material Control (PMC) Specialist to act as the central hub between supply chain and manufacturing operations. The role focuses on optimizing production schedules, controlling material flows, and ensuring on‑time delivery of customer orders.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor supplier material deliveries and customer order fulfillment to keep production running smoothly.
• Maintain accurate production system data and generate periodic operational reports.
• Analyze production achievement rates, identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain visual production scheduling dashboards and lead‑time warning mechanisms.
• Resolve unexpected production anomalies by coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Execute material planning, shipment scheduling, work order issuance and other production control initiatives as directed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Management, Statistics, Mathematics or a related analytical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production control, material planning or supply‑chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Professional proficiency in English for communication and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of MRP principles and SAP ERP systems.

• Advanced Excel for complex data analysis and reporting.
