Product PQA Engineer

About the role

Micron Technology is seeking a Product PQA Engineer to ensure its memory and storage products meet the highest quality standards. Based in Taiwan, you will work alongside world‑class professionals on innovative semiconductor projects that drive the industry forward.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with FAB PI, Process Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to achieve critical product targets.
• Drive fab quality improvements to increase repair density and product‑grade yield.
• Partner with Product Engineering to optimize downgrade strategies.
• Monitor fab activities, identify probe indicators, and support process improvements.
• Implement and maintain rigorous quality‑assurance processes for flawless product performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in product quality assurance within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Required skills

• Statistical analysis software for quality monitoring.
• AI‑driven decision‑support tools for PQI containment and disposition.
