Procurement Specialist – Supplier Management & Purchasing

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to lead supplier development, manage sourcing activities and oversee purchase order execution across technical, equipment and general categories. The role ensures cost‑effective, high‑quality and reliable supply chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new suppliers, establish stable supply chains and mitigate supply risks.
• Run RFQ processes, compare quotations and negotiate commercial terms for equipment, fixed assets and miscellaneous purchases.
• Manage diverse procurement categories including PCBA, hardware tools, molds, fixtures, software licences, machinery, engineering projects and office supplies.
• Handle purchase orders, track processes and coordinate settlement to maintain efficient operations.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Associate degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing or MRO.
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel PivotTable and VLOOKUP.
• Experience using ERP systems.
