Technician – Installation, Maintenance & Customer Support

About the role

The Technician installs, maintains, and repairs products at customers' homes or businesses while providing technical support and product demonstrations. The role builds ongoing relationships with customers and sales staff, acting as a key communication link for technical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Product demos – demonstrate basic features and link benefits to customer challenges.
• Provide advanced product and service information to customers.
• Install equipment following detailed guidance and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Perform standard maintenance and repair activities, applying predefined solutions.
• Respond to customer issues such as returns, exchanges, and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies, regulatory codes and safety procedures.
• Manage customer relationships by making calls, handling queries and supporting account needs.

Required profile

• Relevant technical experience in product installation, maintenance or customer support.
• Completion of technical product training and demonstrated product knowledge.
• Upper secondary education (or equivalent).
