Production Technician

About the role

Qnity is seeking a Production Technician to support daily operations on its advanced electronics manufacturing line. You will work closely with engineers and the production team to ensure smooth material flow, equipment reliability, and adherence to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day production line operations and machine handling.
• Manage material and production scheduling, ensuring timely feed to workstations.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and meet production targets.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve line setup, including BOM, routing, and SOP updates.
• Comply with safety regulations and company core values.
• Learn station tasks, obtain certification, and perform basic equipment troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Associate degree or higher.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, get certified, and continuously improve processes.
