Process Support Engineer – Graduate Program

About the role

As a Process Support Engineer (PSE) you will guide semiconductor equipment through its full lifecycle, from concept to qualification, providing on‑site customer support and troubleshooting complex system issues.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site installations, system diagnostics, and repair of advanced semiconductor equipment.
• Collaborate with customers and R&D teams to develop cutting‑edge processes for chip manufacturing.
• Create hypothesis experiments, design of experiments (DOE), analyze data statistically, and compile technical reports.
• Troubleshoot complex problems, conduct root‑cause analyses, and resolve difficult process engineering issues.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in chemistry, physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics or a related field.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Chemical Vapor Deposition, Atomic Layer Deposition, Plasma Reactive Ion Etch, Physical Vapor Deposition, Anneal and Implant technologies.
• Experience with hypothesis testing, design of experiments (DOE) and statistical data analysis.
