PMC Procurement Specialist

About the role

BizLink is looking for a highly organized PMC Procurement Specialist to align material control with dynamic production demands. You will ensure optimal inventory levels, coordinate purchasing and outsourcing, and drive cost competitiveness through RFQs, supporting lean supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage material control based on orders, work orders, and forecasts to keep inventory at optimal levels.
• Oversee raw materials, semi‑finished goods, and finished goods to meet production and shipping schedules.
• Execute purchasing orders, guaranteeing on‑time delivery and uncompromised quality.
• Coordinate outsourcing processing orders with external partners, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Assist in the RFQ process to secure competitive pricing.
• Process system‑related documentation and manage administrative flows within the ERP environment.
• Support system‑process optimisation and contribute to internal control policy updates.
• Perform ad‑hoc professional tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related analytical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in PMC, material control, or procurement within a manufacturing setting.
• Intermediate proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
• Proven ability in shipping management, production scheduling, and delivery timeline control.
• Experience in production cost control and material estimation.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting forecasts and managing inventory levels.
