Operations Manager – F16 Diff/Imp

About the role

Micron Technology is seeking an Operations Manager for the F16 Diff/Imp area at its Taiwan facility. The role focuses on driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across shift operations while supporting the company’s mission to transform how the world uses information.

Key responsibilities

• Drive efficiency in all work processes and ensure flawless execution.
• Identify, manage, and monitor key performance indicators for the section.
• Lead shift follow‑up, enforce a dedicated quality‑control culture, and troubleshoot SOPs and OCAP.
• Ensure effective pass‑down of information between shifts, PO, EE, and production.
• Communicate section goals, provide status updates, and align projects with OMT and F16 focus.
• Manage and develop team members, implement succession planning, and promote performance‑management practices.
• Support EHS programs and ensure required training is completed.

Required profile

• Proven experience in process engineering or a related field.
• Strong leadership, team‑management, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and implement process improvements.
• Knowledge of quality‑control systems and performance‑management practices.
• Advanced degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Semiconductor industry experience and familiarity with AI agents, change‑management, and SOP management (preferred).
