Production Operator – Fixed Night Shift

About the role

Micron Technology is seeking a Production Operator to work the fixed night shift in a high‑tech fab environment. You will operate multiple pieces of equipment, monitor performance, and ensure product quality while following strict clean‑room protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and man multiple machines on a 19:30‑07:30 night shift following a 4‑3 rotation schedule.
• Log machine data accurately and provide coverage during breaks.
• Monitor equipment performance, report discrepancies promptly to the lead, and maintain process specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to 6S principles.
• Participate in on‑the‑job training, certification, and recertification programs.
• Integrate AI‑assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Willingness to work in a FAB environment, including PHOTO areas with yellow light.
• Ability to wear a clean‑room suit and follow safety protocols.
• Strong discipline, attention to detail, and basic English reading/writing skills.
• High school diploma or higher.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Digital fluency and ability to use AI‑assisted tools for operational tasks.
• Basic English communication (read & write).
