Onsite Service Team Leader – Semiconductor Equipment

About the role

We are looking for an Onsite Service Team Leader to plan and execute maintenance activities on Edwards equipment for Micron F16 customers in Taiwan. You will ensure safe, timely, and effective service delivery while supporting operational continuity across multiple support groups.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and oversee all maintenance tasks on Edwards semiconductor equipment at customer sites.
• Integrate equipment support activities with other internal groups to maintain operational continuity.
• Control and manage inventory at key customer locations to support contracted activities cost‑effectively.
• Liaise with the Edwards Service Centre to meet operational, technical, and reporting requirements.
• Serve as the first point of contact for product enquiries and technical advice.
• Maintain local operating procedures and training materials for on‑site staff and customers.
• Drive cost‑of‑ownership targets and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accurate data collection and reporting throughout the contract lifecycle.

Required profile

• Electro‑mechanical or electronic engineering qualification (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the semiconductor industry and its protocols.
• Minimum four years of experience in engineering, service, or maintenance with direct customer interaction.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Self‑motivated, able to work remotely and take initiative.
• Proficient PC skills for information management, reporting, and presentations.
