Account Site Manager – Micron (M4)

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking an experienced Account Site Manager for the Micron account in Taichung. You will lead site operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business performance for a key semiconductor customer.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall site operations and business performance, including P&L ownership and budget management.
• Act as the primary interface to Micron, aligning expectations with Applied Materials’ vision and values.
• Drive timely, technically oriented responses to customer needs and develop high‑value service solutions.
• Build and maintain a capable workforce, focusing on employee development and engagement.
• Collaborate with senior business leaders to design strategies that address customer challenges.
• Provide strategic guidance on long‑term programs, process design, and operational improvements.
• Define and monitor site‑level performance metrics and report progress against goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor field service, preferably with multi‑site operations.
• At least 5 years of people‑management experience leading multi‑layered teams.
• Prior experience working with Micron is a plus.
• Strong customer‑relationship skills and ability to build long‑term partnerships.
• Passionate about career development and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in English and Chinese communication.
