職位簡介
Coupang 在台北招募資深客戶成長主管，負責規劃與執行客戶成長策略，涵蓋新客獲取、沉睡客戶喚回、新品類滲透及客戶活躍度提升，並透過數據分析優化活動成效。
主要職責
- 設計並執行針對不同客戶旅程階段的行銷活動、促銷方案及會員經營計畫
- 追蹤分析各客戶成長專案表現，依據數據洞察優化策略以提升投資報酬率
- 與 CRM、營運管理、績效行銷、產品團隊及分析團隊合作推動專案
- 規劃 A/B Testing 等成長實驗，尋找可規模化的成功模式
- 與財務團隊建立行銷活動治理機制，與市場洞察團隊挖掘消費者洞察
任职要求
- 8 年以上 CRM、會員忠誠度計畫、渠道行銷或專案管理相關經驗
- 曾在電商或數位平台環境工作
- 具備數據分析能力與以數據驅動決策的實績
- 能獨立作業，溝通協調能力佳，中英文流利
加分條件
- 熟悉 SQL、Python、R 等數據分析與商業智慧工具
- 有電商或 B2C 產業實務經驗
